You share your images, texts, colours, fonts and inspiration with us. During a video call with our designer, you explain your wishes and we discuss what we can deliver within the Done-for-You Service.
Within two weeks, you’ll receive the first version of your Maatos website. You can review it and share your feedback. In most cases, the second version is already very close to the final result.
Once everything feels right, you’re ready to launch. In the meantime, you’ll have been able to create and upload your course. From this point on, you likely won’t need us much anymore—but we’re always here if you do.
Our Done-for-You Service includes everything you need to launch with confidence. If you have additional requirements, our add-ons allow us to support you further.
You’ll start with a video call with one of our designers to discuss your goals, preferences, and visual style. This helps us clearly understand what fits you and your brand.
Whether you already have a complete brand identity or only a logo, we design a website that reflects your style. We take care of the homepage, header, footer, and overall visual identity of your site.
Your website is carefully optimised for desktop, mobile, and tablet, ensuring a consistent, professional experience on every screen.
We work with one dedicated feedback round. Communication happens via email, allowing you to share your thoughts so we can refine the design into a polished final result.
You’re not doing this alone. We actively think along with you and share our experience in building effective websites and online courses.

Want your Maatos site to feel even more like your own? We can replace your Maatos URL with your own (sub)domain. Outside of the Done-for-You Service, this setup costs €60 (with a Basic subscription).
Looking to expand your website with an extra sales page or landing page? We’ll design and set it up for you for €120 per additional page.
With a custom subscription, your website can be displayed in multiple languages. Dutch and English are the most common, but other options are available, feel free to ask. For a setting up a multi-lingual website we charge aone-time setup fee of €299.
In this video call (± 1 hour, including recording), we’ll create and publish your first course together. You’ll learn how everything works, so you can manage it independently going forward. We charge €60 per session.

From requesting the Done-for-You Service to launch usually takes around 4–6 weeks.
Part of this timeline depends on you as well: how quickly we can schedule the video call, how fast you provide your content, and how promptly you share feedback on the first and second versions.
You provide the materials, such as texts and images, and give feedback on the designs.
You’ll also create any external accounts yourself (for example Mollie/Stripe, ActiveCampaign, Facebook, etc.). You can connect these accounts on your own—it’s quite straightforward—or we can take care of the setup for you.
The Done-for-You Service is priced accessibly to help you get started quickly. We prefer building a long-term relationship over charging high rates.
That said, there is a limit to the number of changes and extras included. You can therefore extend the service with add-ons. If your request isn’t listed, feel free to email us at support@maatos.nl. If it’s within our expertise, i’ts likely that we can help you out.

With the Done-for-You Service, we build your Maatos site using the materials you provide. If you need help creating those materials, such as copywriting, proofreading, or design we can connect you with professional copywriters and graphic designers.
Yes, that’s possible. Depending on how your current website is built, we may be able to migrate pages quickly via export/import. Otherwise, we’ll recreate them manually.

Absolutely. You are the administrator of your Maatos site. We believe it’s important that you can make changes yourself when needed.
Of course, you can always ask us to make changes for you, but our goal is to teach you how to do it independently.
We don’t run full marketing campaigns, but we’re happy to think along with you strategically or content-wise and point you in the right direction.

A strategy session lasts 45 minutes and costs €80 (excl. VAT).
That depends entirely on your wishes. Even without add-ons, you’ll have a fully functional and professional course platform.
During the design call, you can discuss which add-ons might be useful. Most add-ons have fixed prices (see the pricing table). There’s no need to decide everything upfront—add-ons can also be added later.
That would surprise us. We listen carefully to your wishes, have extensive experience, and work with multiple feedback moments. If the Maatos platform itself doesn’t suit you in the end, the subscription can be cancelled monthly. Please note that the cost of the Done-for-You Service is non-refundable.
